This refund policy applies to all customers who have signed up and paid for our services. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as stated in this policy. We can refuse a refund if we suspect payment fraud or unethical behavior.
Refund and Transfer Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet these conditions:
- You provide accurate information about your product and services, including any suspension history on a platform or with other agencies.
- You inform and get approval from DigiWeb Insight for any changes to your product, service, advertising content, and creatives before launching your campaigns.
- If we detect different creatives or landing pages than those approved, or if we suspect a violation of Advertising Policies, we will keep a $50 penalty and refund the remaining balance (if any).
- You do not violate any terms and policies set by the advertising platform.
- You have deposited your advertising budget and paid all associated fees in full before launching your campaigns.
- You comply with our Terms of Service.
- You have no history of payment disputes with DigiWeb Insight.
Refund Amount
The refund amount is the remaining, unspent ad budget. It does not include rental fees (agency fees), taxes, or any other costs.
Payment Method
Refunds are issued ONLY to the original payment method used. If the original method is unavailable, we will ask for additional information on a case-by-case basis. We can reject the refund if you do not comply.
Processing Time
The refund process may take 5-20 business days, depending on the payment method used.
